Health and education are critical to future success, thus the Nancy & Hilary Guatemala Health & Education Foundation supports Guatemalan led efforts serving under-served communities, including college scholarships for service oriented students, and as 1/2 of Guatemalan births occur in homes without a formally trained medical provider, to support providing Helping Babies Breathe, a lay midwife training program.

Sorry for the quite delayed response! I didn’t see (nor was notified via the site, as I likely didn’t make the settings right!) this until now. If you’re still interested, please send me an email to sjpont@yahoo.com and would love to chat. Thanks!
