Health and education are critical to future success, and so the Nancy & Hilary Guatemala Health and Education Foundation supports Guatemalan led efforts serving underserved communities, including supporting the Hogar Miguel Magone and adjacent future technical college, the Escuela San Bartolome, and Salud Que Transforme and their Clinica Salvatore. Additionally, 1/2 of Guatemalan births occur in homes without a formally trained medical provider we present the Helping Babies Breathe workshop, a lay midwife training program helping infants survive the first minute of life, in collaboration with ASECSA Guatemala.
